The Duhok Waterfront Promenade Proposal transforms the Duhok Dam edge into a continuous public destination shaped by landscape, recreation, hospitality, and scenic connection to the surrounding mountains.
The masterplan follows the natural contours of the terrain, allowing promenades, gathering spaces, restaurants, cafés, family attractions, and viewpoints to blend into the shoreline rather than overpower it.
A pedestrian-focused promenade follows the shoreline with planted routes, lighting, seating, and uninterrupted views across the water.
